Payments, Plans and Laybys

Payments

We are open to allow people to pay in cash, by card through Paypal (email on front page), through bank deposit and money order. We do not however keep every single item in stock and so this would warrant ordering from our suppliers and customers will need to pre order. However please note some suppliers require a minimum order amount per transaction, we collate our orders through the month where applicable and order at the end of the month..

Laybys

These are strictly by negotiation only and will only be accepted on our animal equipment, such as constructed cages/racks for reptiles, or other animal supplies. We do not accept laybys on consumables such as plants, seeds, fresh produce and related products as well as frozen food and/or live animals. Also money orders are not feasable for customers with laybys, for these we will accept bank deposit, paypal or cash.

Generally we would prefer no more than 3 months for purchases under $1000AU. Three months for items between $500 - $1000. Two months for items between $250 - $500. And up to a 4 weeks for single or small purchases between $100 - $250.

We will also accept long term payments up to a period of 12 months for placements on a want list for snakes, however as the snakes are sold privately, your laybys are not done with our business. An animal will be selected for you when they are available pending what numbered position you have on the list. This will only be available for a total of animals with cost over $1000AU.

Please note for all laybys we accept a minimum of 10% for a deposit which is non refundable should you change your mind, miss a payment or stop paying altogether before all monies are owed.
